When you call, text or request a callback, we get the details you give us — usually your name, phone number, suburb, vehicle and any notes about the car.
What we use it for
To contact you about your booking and to do the job. We don’t sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
Where it’s stored
Callback requests are sent through our website host’s form service (Netlify) and to our phone. Calls and texts stay on our business phone.
Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site — for example, which pages lead to a phone call. It uses cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are.
Questions or removal
Call or text 0412 152 191 and we’ll tell you what we hold about you or delete it.
